• In case you find a damaged good when receiving, we will replace it immediately, without any further obligation from client as soon as we are informed either through phone call on 6970358715 or by e-mail on [email protected]

• In case you change your mind, we can receive the goods back if:

a) The date of receiving the order with the date you apply for return does not exceeds a period of three working days.
b) Packaging has not been opened and it is in original status (in this case the client has to pay for the courier expenses. In any case in order we accept the return it should be escorted by the original order form.
In any of the above cases the product must be accompanied with the order receipt.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THESE PRODUCTS:

Our company supports the best and right way, from health point of view, service to clients so products like socks (for diabetic foot), underwear, blouses and bra that have pouches for insulin pumps, tops or underwear for men, women or child cannot be replaced or return. For this reason, you are kindly asked to double check the size charts and be sure before ordering.

Our call center operates the following hours:

Tuesday-Thursday-Friday: 8:30–14:00 & 17:30–19:30

NOT on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

The products are being checked and put in packaging depending on how fragile they are so that you receive them in excellent condition.

In case you receive the goods without any objections within tree working days this would mean you have no problem with it.

In a rare case you find a fault on the product, then you should get in touch with us with an e-mail to [email protected] or by phone on (+30 ) 6970358715, declaring what you would wish for replacing it or just return it.
